This is another of my favorite creations so far! With summer around the corner *hopefully!* this would make a cute accessory to tote around your neck :)
With it's splash of colors it's sure to go with any outfit you wear.
Inside the bottle is a tiny, tiny, hand sculpted clown fish ( no, he doesn't tell jokes :P ) he is about 3 mm long, very small but very detailed! He is secured down to a real sponge from the ocean (long story short my favorite bath sponge started falling apart so I decided to be eco-friendly and recycle it, thus where this necklace idea originated from :) )
A few pieces of sculpted seaweeds and some gravel along with some blue "ocean" complete the scenery. This piece is pretty cool because the sponge has taken on a realistic ocean look with the liquid inside :)
The other fun part is that this necklace glows in the dark! The "gravel" on the bottom is actually glowing frit that is super charged for durability and long life. Just a few minutes under any light to charge, turn off the light and watch it glow!
The frit is very durable, the longer you charge,the longer the glow. Unlimited charges on the frit and it has a lifespan of twenty years.
The contents of the bottle are secured down so the scenery stays pretty all the time and the contents are permanently sealed in with a cork and sealant.
On the outside to the bottle are some extra charms. One is a small laminated paper tag with the quote:
"Just keep swimming"
Beside it is a single white pearl nestled between two genuine Swarovski crystals in a beautiful orange/red infused color, very pretty!
The pendant hangs from a 18'' cable style, silver plated chain with a spring ring closure.
The necklace comes in a pretty gift box and is bubble wrapped for extra precaution.
